ADVANCED VOCATIONAL TRAINING SCHEME (AVTS) / SHORT TERM COURSES
Short-Term course of 1 to 2 weeks duration in engineering areas are envisaged / being implemented in the NSTIs
Special Course duration can be extended up to 12 weeks also.
Courses on Upskilling / Reskilling can also be arranged in basic engineering orientation and foundation in core engineering disciplines in viz, Manufacturing and Automotive Sectors, Electrical and Electronics, etc.
The short-term courses will benefit serving Industrial personnel, MSME employees, Government and Defence personnel by enabling them to acquire specialized skills.
